At Carthage Center, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in providing hands-on support with daily living activities, ensuring our residents maintain their dignity and comfort.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including base rates of $17-$18 per hour, plus an additional $0.65 shift differential for evening and night shifts. Additionally, we're now offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus and $1,000 retention bonus to help you grow with us.

Your responsibilities will include observing residents, reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse, and assisting with personal hygiene, meal setup, and documentation. You'll also be responsible for feeding residents, serving nutritional supplements, and maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work effectively as a team member, have completed a CNA program, hold current CNA state certification, and be in good standing with the State Registry.
