CNA Responsibilities :
- Observe residents in assigned units
- Report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths and shaving
- Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
- Make beds and maintain cleanliness in residents' spaces
- Transport residents within the facility
- Ensure confidentiality of all resident and facility information
