Carthage Center is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist in Carthage, NY.
Duties Include :
- Greet visitors and guests
- Answer telephone and direct callers to the appropriate person and provide callers with information
- Maintain and manage paperwork and forms for residents
- Receive, sort and forward incoming mail
- Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Keeping up to date logs for staff and residents
- Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- Additional duties as required
