We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Carthage Center in Carthage, NY. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature
- Administering medications and injections to residents as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as getting dressed and taking care of personal hygiene
- Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid LPN state license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
