Job Description
- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs).
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily activities.
- Monitor patients' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Valid LPN state license.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Good standing with the state registry.
