We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Carthage Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting vital information from new residents for admission purposes.
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administering medications and injections as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Monitoring food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Good standing with the State Registry.
