Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Goalkeeper Women’s Soccer Coach at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. The Assistant Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in planning training sessions, conducting drills, and developing goalkeepers' skills. Additional responsibilities include scouting, analyzing game performance, and providing feedback to players to enhance their gameplay. The coach will also assist in team logistics and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Soccer Coaching and Football Coaching skills
Prior experience in coaching goalkeepers preferred
- Experience in Scouting and Training athletes
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the coaching staff
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Commitment to supporting the development and success of student-athletes
