Compensation & Sales Commission Coordinator

Role Overview
The Compensation and Sales Commission Coordinator will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team here at Cartier North America. This role will assist in the monthly commission processing cycle and be a key player in payment entry and validation, data analyzations, auditing, and other commission related processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the total rewards team int the administration of the commercial incentive compensation plan.
- Extract data from HRIS and compensation systems for employee eligibility for commission processing
- Upload manual adjustments to compensation systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls of all manual processes.
- Review Payment Reports for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues prior to disbursement
- Monitor and organize the monthly commission mailbox for the boutique management teams.
- Examine needs and make recommendations for process improvement
- Partner with IT, IT consulting vendor, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for monthly commission processing.
- Work closely with Sr. Compensation & Commission Analyst and Director of total rewards on compensation and commission processes.
