What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Relations Internship position at Cartier?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support editorial opportunities by coordinating with editors at National, International, Regional, and Canadian print & digital publications
- Compile, curate, and update look books for the PR Team to distribute for photoshoot requests
- Arrange photoshoot security logistics by partnering with Richemont Logistics team
- Learn & utilize SAP system to check stock availability and consign product loans
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Cross functional collaboration & communication with other departments, (ie. Celebrity, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Media, etc)
- Participate and support in POI (People of Influence) programming, including boutique tours
- Maintain credit tracker with upcoming coverage and support with credit requests
- Compile CNA PR weekly newsletter with best clippings
- Create monthly coverage recap presentations for HQ
- Support with daily DMR clippings
- Assist the Mansion & PR Editorial Team with High Jewelry product quality checking and preparing creations for photoshoots
