Regional Client Insights Assistant Manager

Reports to: Regional Senior CRM Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

The Regional client insights Assistant Manager is responsible for data base management and analysis of data sets to extract valuable insights for different channels including e-commerce, internal and external retail partners.

This role will support the implementation and monitoring of the email campaigns for South America and collaborate with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Data Management

  • Build and monitor client profile analysis for strategic documents and projects, in collaboration with other departments (commercial, marketing)
  • Collaborate in the process of setting client KPIs across all channels (retail, CRC, e-commerce & external partners)
  • Responsible to communicate date technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Review yearly client document to build executive summary to share regionally ( MX, LAC, BR)
  • Collaborate with High End team to identify high potential clients on a regular basis
  • Support boutiques and retail partners in informing and training them regularly on data topics
  • Become the “Champion” of the market for visualization tools: training for newcomers, support all users and handle technical requests(looker)

Database Reporting and Insights

  • Generate monthly reports by boutique focus on client metrics: Segmentation, retention, acquisition, using google visualization tools, looker
  • Develop reports to measure KPI’s and monitor ROI of events and overall client’s performance
  • Responsible for any C.R.M.-related reporting to the International C.R.M. team and CRM manager (including Data Cloud, Service cloud reports).
  • Clean and ensure database accuracy: deduplication of client accounts
  • Build, update and improve relevant dashboards to automatize performance monitoring on a weekly/monthly basis

E-CRM ( E-mail Campaigns)

  • Budget management
  • Monitor and support CRM Program for e-comm clients
  • CRM E-mail Campaign management in collaboration with agency: Brief Execution, Tracking and reporting

JOB PROFILE

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years within analytical, data, CRM, Email campaign management
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker.

Technical Skills / Abilities

  • Power BI , looker experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, high level of power analytics.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus
  • Detail oriented, with high organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and communicate impact to business leaders.
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Understanding of salesforce tools is a plus
  • Available to travel to South America
