As our newest Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with Attorneys and Law Firms to generate referral business and provide top-quality customer service.
You will benefit from Cartigas high-level relationships with law firms and contacts that will help you hit-the-ground running and bring in additional clients. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leaders and become part of a dynamic, fast-growing yet stable company.
This role is remote based, requiring the ability to work from home and be available to travel / visit clients a majority of the time. Base pay is in the $65,000 - $75,000 range depending on experience with commission potential of $140,000.00-240,000.00 for top performers.

What you will take on :
As the Account Executive, you will focus on generating new business by building relationships with new and existing clients (law firms, attorneys, and their associates). You will be the primary point of contact with the attorney clients supported by a top-notch processing and service department assisting the referred plaintiff client through the application process. Excellent customer service, follow-up skills and effective communication are key to succeeding in this role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Networking with lawyers and law firms in-person, online, making cold / warm calls, and follow-up calls to generate new business
- Building relationships with attorneys and law firm clients by thinking creatively and developing ways to make you and Cartiga their go-to source for their funding needs
- Diligently utilize Salesforce tools to effectively manage the sales process and maintain relevant activity, notes, and case status
- Manage and maintain accounts prepare emails, documents, and contracts, while paying close attention to details and documenting them in Salesforce
- Work in collaboration with attorney clients and your support team to ensure that plaintiffs funding application and contract get approved
- Attend sales conferences and meetings, as needed
