Salary :
The Funding Specialist / Loan Processor will play a critical supporting role to the sales team by ensuring that consumer pre-settlement advances are funded accurately and timely.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities :
- Reviewing consumer pre-settlement funding documents and disbursing funding requests to customers and other service providers.
- Enter funding information into the Companys funding origination system
- Set up and / or Release Western Union, wires and checks.
- Work with sales and operations to facilitate funding / loans.
- Report any discrepancies, issues, shortages, or funding errors immediately.
- Follow up and remediation on daily deposits, delayed fundings, escalations, funding issues, funding exceptions, stale checks, file balances.
- Other duties as assigned
