Our Role

As we continue to expand into the North America region, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to partner with our Customer Operations Manager and sales team, providing expert workflow design experience to help our customers engage, onboard and realize the true benefits and value of our CartonCloud solution. Apply your logistics expertise as you analyze our clients' business processes and design workable solutions for CartonCloud to align with the business' needs. You will be involved in helping train our customers and resolving any issues with the ongoing use of the software, including the opportunity to visit customers on site.

This role provides the opportunity to engage with customers early in the sales process, joining product demos as the logistics workflow expert. Post-sale, this role requires strong project management and training skills, working with clients to implement the solution and realize the joy!



To be successful, we are looking for:

Thorough understanding of the warehouse and transport industry, having been involved operationally;

• Experience as a super-user of either Warehouse Management Systems and Transport Management Systems;


• A strong track record of successfully implementing warehouse or transport software solutions, whether as a trainer or end user, is highly desirable


• Project management experience with a high level of autonomy and adaptability;


• Creative thinking skills with strong analytical and problem solving capability;


• Strong, clear, and well organized written and oral communication skills;


• Training and presentation skills, specifically online;


• Spanish language skills will be highly desirable;
