Data Control Specialist
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Coding and input of relocation authorization, in adherence with client policy, to create a customer file in Atlas.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coding of relocation authorization and distribution to Welcome Center and Client Services.
Timely and accurate input of customer data in Atlas system.
Management and maintenance of coding matrices.
Subject Matter Expert for client requirements for a specific client portfolio.
Build and maintain relationship with Client Services Operations Team, Account Management and other internal customers integral to the process.
Tracking and recording of files in team database.
Identification and communication of potential gaps in coding matrices to client services and account management teams.
Facilitate training of new hires and/or temps.
Assist with new system roll outs and testing.
Contacts client, when necessary, for additional information needed to process authorizations.
Assists with data integrity reports and projects.
Other projects and tasks as required by management.
