Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with product demonstrations and sales promotions
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales prices is a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales or technical sales is an advantage
- Multilingual skills are beneficial for interacting with diverse customers
