Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock fresh produce to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce department.
- Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a produce or grocery environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and forklift operation is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are an advantage.
