What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Meat Cutter position at Cartwrights Valley Meat Company?
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TO APPLY! Experience with all cuts of meats, fish case experience is a plus. Weighting, cutting, wrapping and stocking meat. Safe handling of saws, knives and other tools/equipment. Customer service skills are a must. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds often.
