**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a talented Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect and capital purchasing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, driving supplier qualification, development, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement efforts are aligned with business needs, while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Identify and implement technology solutions to improve procurement efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives through sourcing analysis, supplier negotiations, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of purchasing, supply chain, and materials management experience.
- ISM or APICS certifications preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement with a focus on both indirect and capital purchasing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship management skills.
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems; familiarity with BaaN, IFS, or Maximo preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop procurement strategies and implement process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
