Job Description
Caruso Digital is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to help with marketing activities for our company and our clients.
To be chosen for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or experience in marketing, or related field. Prior work experience in marketing is a plus. Creativity, Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role. A cover letter must be sent along with a resume.
Key Duties:
- Website content management.
- Social Media.
- Monthly newsletter content and management.
- Digital advertising with Google Ads and other platforms.
- Graphic design related projects such as creating ads, banners, etc.
- Google Analytics
- Prepare monthly reports for customers.
- Competitor research.
- Account management.
- Sales support.
- Administrative support.
- Customer support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of sales and marketing
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Creativity to help with designing and creating content.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks
- Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to review, analyze and interpret information and take necessary actions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- WordPress Content Management Experience is a Plus
Working Conditions:
- Work is generally performed in a typical office environment using standard office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Marketing degree from accredited college or university preferred or equivalent job related experience.
- High School degree or equivalency required.
