At Caruso Produce, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused trucking professional to join our team at our Canby, Oregon location. As a driver on our team, you will be responsible for delivering fresh produce to grocery chains, independent stores, and wholesalers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver produce to customers on an assigned regional route in Oregon or Washington
- Check delivery to invoice to ensure accuracy and obtain proof of delivery
- Accurately log time in onboard computer system to comply with hours-of-service regulations
- Communicate timely with customers, routing/dispatch, and sales regarding changes in route, load or any service issue that may arise at time of delivery
Requirements:
- Class-A CDL
- Meet DOT physical exam requirements
- Ability to provide great customer service
- Maintain a steady pace and deliver freight within customer delivery window
- Familiar with electric pallet jacks and liftgate
