Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as needed.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on restaurant procedures and service expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that prioritizes hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, enhancing your ability to assist guests with menu selections.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed to ensure smooth operations.
