Position Summary :

This role will be responsible for managing and supporting the information technology infrastructure across multiple locations within a designated region. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and coordination skills to ensure that IT systems and services meet the needs of the organization.

IT infrastructure Management
- Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure across all sites within the region, including servers, networks, and hardware
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and data backup procedures
- Lead or participate in regional IT projects, including the deployment of new systems, upgrades, and integrations
