As a Processor Specialist, you’ll be responsible for reviewing documents and handling administrative processes that ensure the seamless and efficient transfer of vehicle ownership. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in supporting Carvana's mission to revolutionize the car-buying experience by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every transaction.

As a Processor Specialist, you’ll be responsible for reviewing documents and handling administrative processes that ensure the seamless and efficient transfer of vehicle ownership. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in supporting Carvana's mission to revolutionize the car-buying experience by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every transaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete documentation, internal records, and routine steps required to transfer a title, ensuring all forms are accurate and complete.
- Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple databases with accuracy and efficiency
- Identify incomplete or inconsistent information in title work and take appropriate action to resolve discrepancies
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail by being able to flag for discrepancies in order to avoid errors in the title transfer process.
- Exhibits comfortability with written penmanship for title work
- Partners well with peers and external vendors to problem solve situations.
- Maintain compliance with state specific regulations
- Other duties as assigned, including special projects or temporary tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity.
- Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Computer literacy and data entry skills.
- The ability to obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment. (Process will be sponsored by Carvana.).
- Bring high energy, a forward-thinking mindset, and a self-starter attitude to every task and challengeBeing a high energy, forward-thinking self-starter.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
