- Search and browse our inventory of over 20,000 vehicles that we own and certify.
- Narrow down search results using highly intelligent filtering tools/components.
- View vehicle details, Carfax reports, and 360 rotating studio images for every vehicle.
- Secure financing in minutes using Carvana’s in-house service or their own bank.
- Interact with GUI components to easily customize loan length, down payment, and monthly payment.
- Generate, upload, and eSign all documents online (no ink necessary).
- Schedule front door delivery or pick up at one of our vending machines.
- Trade-in their existing vehicle or just sell it to Carvana (no purchase necessary).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to understand root issues and come up with elegant automated solutions.
- Develop, build, document, and maintain best practices standards for development in Carvana’s ServiceNow environments.
- Determine problem areas within our current framework and recommend solutions.
- Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met regarding coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
- Staying up to date with modern technology and methods related to ServiceNow Platform and related technologies.
- Evangelize solutions built by ServiceNow or Carvana on the ServiceNow Platform to various business units for business automation and optimization.
- Work with leaders, stakeholders, and PMO organizations to identify, diagnose, and remedy key people/process/technology deficiencies within the Technology Services organization.
- Partner with the Compliance Team to ensure all ServiceNow related modules are compliant with data protection laws.

- 3 years of experience in configuration & development in ServiceNow platform
- 2 years of ServiceNow Administration
- 2 years of ServiceNow Service Catalog
- 1 years of ServiceNow CMDB, asset, and app engine experience
- 1 years of ServiceNow Portal (Angular, Seismic)
- 1 years of JavaScript
- ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification is a plus
- ServiceNow Application Developer certification is a plus
- Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS
- Experience with Jira, UEM, AWS, Java, Python is a plus
- Experience with any additional scripting language is a plus (python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
- A technical and business mindset with great attention to detail
- Effective communication skills including verbal, email, and messaging platforms
- Critical thinking, a love to solve problems, and a drive to make things better
- ServiceNow implementation experience
