A cleaner's job description includes maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of buildings, offices, and other facilities. Cleaners perform a variety of tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning: Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum and sanitize surfaces and fixtures
- Sanitizing: Sanitize high-touch areas
- Stocking supplies: Stock and maintain cleaning supplies in an orderly manner
- Safety: Follow safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair issues
- Maintenance: Some cleaners may be responsible for essential maintenance support
Skills
- Attention to detail: Notice small areas of dirt and grime
- Physical stamina: Move furniture, mop, and vacuum for extended periods
- Time management: Complete all cleaning tasks within the allotted schedule

Compensation and Benefits:
