Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Onboarding :
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews, manage hiring processes, and oversee new employee orientations.
- Maintain compliance with staffing requirements and state regulations.
Employee Relations & Retention :
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Compliance & Policy Management :
Ensure adherence to labor laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and state / federal healthcare regulations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration :
Oversee payroll processing
