- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, fire codes, and health department requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and outside contractors.
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential hazards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and supply orders.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
