About the Job:
Carver Road Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal Marketing Assistant candidate has excellent communication and time management skills, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and has the ability to multi-task.
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
Reports to: VP of Programming
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain monthly programming calendars.
- Research upcoming city, sporting, entertainment, and convention events, and create informational one-sheets and spreadsheets for all upcoming events.
- Take thorough notes during all meetings.
- Facilitate effective and frequent communication between operations, PR, social media, and any other necessary departments.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports and assist in the preparation for weekly marketing meetings.
- Maintain organization of internal shared drives.
- Provide support through day-to-day housekeeping and promotional work.
Skills/Requirements:
- Able to identify and solve problems effectively without being prompted.
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize work while balancing multiple projects at once.
- Excellent time management skills and highly detail-oriented.
