Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (depending on experience)
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will provide high-level administrative support to executives and oversee daily office operations, helping ensure that Carver Companies runs efficiently and professionally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, travel, and meetings.
- Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and organize files.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Plan internal meetings and special events.
- Manage building maintenance and facility needs.
- Support leadership with confidential administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5 years executive assistant and/or office management experience.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance occasionally.
