Responsibilities

• Lead senior leadership teams in executing business strategies and operational plans.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with the company’s vision and growth strategies.
• Drive business development efforts to identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s reach.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on strategic planning and operations management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
