About the Role: WE ARE SEEKING A RUSSIAN or CHINESE(MANDARIN) SPEAKING REPRESENTATIVE
This sales position is responsible for obtaining and managing profitable business for our products by building strong professional relationships based on service, product knowledge, integrity, and trust within each account. Each Sales Representative will develop, manage, and execute account business plans that deliver results consistently.
As a pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to regularly call on health care professionals (specialists, primary care physicians, clinics, and pharmacies) within a specific geographic area. Day-to-day responsibilities consist of supporting the promotional efforts behind company products, which includes organizing, tracking, and distributing FDA regulated sample products to health care professionals. You will maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the product line to be a reliable source of information to the health care professionals in the territory.
Responsibilities
- Maximizes revenue and market share of products in territory and achieves/exceeds sales targets. Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of the product, market and customers.
- Manages sales territory as a business to maximize sales. Analyzes the market dynamics to ensure territory sales goals are met. Develops and implements own territory business plan in line with corporate strategy and works within agreed budgets.
- Establishes and manages high quality customer relationships by maintaining knowledge of brand sales messaging, executing planned speaker/dinner programs, scheduling and following-up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Makes compelling and persuasive sales calls to designated customers resulting in sales of products.
- Sells products ethically and in accordance with the company’s sales process and agreed marketing strategy.
- Adheres to company compliance programs & policies including industry guidelines.
- Successfully completes home study and all required training programs.
- Continuously develops and improves product knowledge, communication, and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs.
- Develops and implements business and territory plans.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 1 full year of prior business-to-business sales experience required with documented sales success. Less than 2 years of prior pharmaceutical experience accepted, but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Must live within territory.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with employees and external contacts (i.e. MD, office staff, and pharmacists) at all levels, demonstrating awareness of their needs and responding with the appropriate action.
- Highly effective organizational skills.
- Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screen investigations.
Preferred Skills/Related Experience
Experience in the healthcare industry involving interaction with physicians, pharmacists, etc. is welcomed. Experience calling in Psychiatry, Primary Care / Urgent Care, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Pain Management, Podiatry, Pediatrics, ENT, or Nephrology a plus.
Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
