What are the responsibilities and job description for the Watershed Ecology Program Specialist position at Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies?
We are seeking a skilled Program Specialist to join our team at Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for making final preparations for the MH-YES program in collaboration with the Program Leader, supporting evaluation and documentation of the program, and working with Cary staff to review curriculum and prepare for the program.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as ecology, biology, or education.
- Experience: Minimum two years experience working with high school age youth in either formal or informal settings.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team setting, and willingness to work outdoors the majority of the three-week program.
