Caryl Mechanicals II, Inc. is the leading HVAC system installer in 10 cities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and eastern Tennessee. This role will help drive that mission.
The Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep (CSR) is a member of the Service department and reports to the Service Manager. The role is primarily responsible for engaging customers to schedule work, resolve disputes, and coordinate technicians. The role needs to be proactive and organized with strong communication skills, as it will be interacting with employees and outside customers.
Key Duties
-Answer calls from customers that are looking to obtain service and address any of their issues in a positive, complete, and prompt way
-Document the needs of the customers as required by the department
-Work with technicians and other Service department employees to coordinate work as required by customers
-Always communicate any changes, delays, etc. with customers to keep them updated on any workflow developments
-Resolve customer disputes in a respectful and positive way and promptly escalate any issues to the Service Manager when that role needs to be involved
-Remind past due customers about making payments.
-Complete administrative activities fully and accurately
-Other duties on an as-needed basis as determined by the department head

-Any issues, developments, or delays are promptly communicated and resolved with the customer
