CAS Consulting and Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Engineering Associate to join our dynamic team at a well-established civil engineering firm in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will have a strong educational background, a proven track record with at least 3 years of experience, and a passion for contributing to innovative civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with licensed engineers to plan, analyze, and design projects for municipalities across Central Texas, with a focus on markets in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas.
- Utilize technical expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic / 2D computer modeling to contribute to the success of stormwater and watershed management projects, stream restoration initiatives, and roadway drainage design projects.
- Develop design calculations, cost estimates, and construction drawings and specifications with attention to detail and adherence to project timelines.
- Engage in technical work and project management to ensure the successful execution of assigned projects.
