Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in general labor staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering customized staffing solutions that meet our clients’ workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales leads within manufacturing, automotive, and logistics industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess workforce requirements and ensure service satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve company growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful candidate placements and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the general labor staffing industry is required.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions for manufacturing, logistics, or automotive industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
