Bar tender
The Bartender plays a vital role in providing exceptional beverage service to our customers. They are responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Bartenders are expected to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests.
-Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections.
-Maintain a well-stocked bar with ingredients, glassware, and supplies.
-Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
-Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Check customers' identification to verify legal drinking age.
-Engage in friendly conversations and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
-Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards.
-Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
-Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other ingredients for cocktails.
-Create unique and creative cocktail recipes based on customer preferences.
-Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
-Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Making drinks exactly as specified in the recipe is mandatory. Similarly, we are open to creating new drinks and may integrate them in the future, but existing drinks should not be altered.
The Bartender must:
Greet all arriving, departing, or restroom-seeking customers.
Refer to individuals with respectful adjectives.
Introduce yourself at the table with appropriate phrasing.
Recommend appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
Use the verb "would like" instead of "want."
Repeat the order.
Anticipate customer needs.
Always maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of your tables.
Selling is a fundamental part of the role. We measure this based on the average check per person.

Hacer las bebidas tal cual lo marca el recetario es mandatorio. De igual manera estamos abiertos a la creación de nuevas bebidas y podemos integrarlas en un futuro, pero las bebidas existentes no se deben cambiar.
El bar tender debe de.
- Saludar a todos los clientes que llegan se van o buscan el baño.
- Referirse a las personas con adjetivos de respeto.
- Presentarse en la mesa con fraseología.
- Recomendar aperitivo, comida y postre.
- Utilizar el verbo gustaría en vez de quiere.
- Repetir la orden.
- Adelantarse a las necesidades.
- Mantener su mesa limpia y ordenadas en todo momento.
Vender es parte fundamental del puesto. Este lo medimos en base al cheque promedio por persona.
