What You’ll Do:
At Casa Bonita, every team member plays a vital role in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. The Arcade Captain ensures a fun and seamless guest experience by assisting with game operations and maintaining a clean and organized arcade. This role oversees prize restocking, assists guests with questions or concerns, and ensures
smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience
- Assist guests with Casa Card purchases, prize redemptions, and game-related questions
- Oversee prize restocking, inventory tracking, and display organization
- Document any operational issues, guest concerns, or inventory shortages and report them to the Arcade Manager
- Actively assist hourly team members throughout the shift and coach them to ensure the highest level of guest experience and adherence to service standards
- Assist in performing the duties of an Arcade Attendant as needed
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Arcade Manager based on business needs
Qualifications/Skills:
- 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of proven leadership experience in a high-volume environment
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Prior cash-handling experience
- Able to use multiple software programs and adapt to new systems and computers
- Proficiency in math
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about serving others
- Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
- Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines
- Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments
- Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure
