What You’ll Do:
As part of the Front of House leadership team, the Table Attendant is responsible for executing Casa Bonita’s Table Service standards with precision by actively promoting and upselling beverages, sides, desserts, arcade credits, and additional food items for take-home. Responsibilities also include maintaining high standards of cleanliness during opening, service, and closing and rotating through roles including non-alcoholic beverage service, drink service, bussing, running, and expo service.
Responsibilities:
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on ServSafe/TIPs and company specifications. Every guest must present their ID prior to serving alcohol.
- Selling beverages, sides, desserts, arcade credit and additional food items for guests to take home.
- Ensure that ordered items are delivered to the table and meet quality standards.
- Clean and clear tables and workstations.
- Train on and continuously learn POS systems.
- Executes all promotions and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Organizing and preparing silverware for service
- Actively contributes to an inclusive, respectful and harassment-free atmosphere and a safe working environment
- Checks out with the direct supervisor and completes other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 18 years of age
- Able to communicate effectively in English with the team, bilingual preferred
- Must attend all orientation and training and complete a 90-day evaluation period
- Must have a TIPS/ServSafe certification
- A prominent level of self-awareness, integrity, and receptivity to change
- Interacts effectively with others and cultivates positive relationships
- Willing to follow procedures and take directions
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Capable of walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, running, and lifting/carrying items up to 50 pounds.
- Must excel at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced team environment with speed, dexterity, and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a loud, distracting environment with flashing lights, haze machines, ongoing shows, and large numbers of guests constantly moving around you.
- Must be able to walk 10,000 steps on any given shift.
- Works non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- There is a blackout period from Thanksgiving week until the first week of January. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to allow our employees to spend time with their families
