Compensation Range:
$30.00-$34.00/Hour

What You’ll Do:
At Casa Bonita, every team member is entrusted with creating memorable interactions with our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining and entertainment experience. The Venue Technician is responsible for maintenance, repair and cleaning as assigned by the Venue Technician leadership and the Director of Entertainment Technology.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain venue technology, including lighting, audio, video, and stage equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of technical equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with the daily operation of all venue technology, supporting rehearsals, performances, and events
- Execute new projects as assigned by Entertainment Technology leadership
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot equipment, ensuring all systems remain fully operational
Qualifications/Skills:
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in entertainment technology
- Prior experience in operating, programming, and troubleshooting stage lighting, audio equipment, AV systems, power distribution, networking, and stage management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- OSHA-10 certification, as required for this role
- Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance
- Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to use bi-manual dexterity, gross and fine motor skills, with good hearing
- Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs and inclines/declines
- Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments
- Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue, often under pressure, amid loud noise, and in varying lighting conditions
