What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy -Neurologic Resident position at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare?
The Neurologic Physical Therapy Resident provides Physical Therapy Services to patients and clients within the regulations and scope of practice as determined by the Physical Therapy Board, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California. The Neurologic Physical Therapy Resident provides evaluation, intervention, and education services to patient/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. Qualifications: Licensed by or approved as a License Applicant by the Physical Therapy Board, Department of Consumer Affairs, State of California. CPR/AED is required. Applicants with current BLS may be hired, but must obtain AHA CPR/AED within thirty days of employment. The resident will be required to comply with requirements listed in the Neurologic Residency Handbook.
