Financial Strategy & Planning
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that support the organization's growth and sustainability. This includes:
- Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Managing cash flow, investments, and other financial assets to ensure the organization's financial stability and security.
Accounting, Reporting & Compliance
The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and other reports required by regulatory bodies. This includes:
- Ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.
- Preparing and submitting financial reports to regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible financial management experience, with at least 5 years in nonprofit financial leadership.
- Expertise in nonprofit financial planning, analysis, statement preparation, and grant management.
