Responsibilities:
As a sales associate, your mission will be to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience. You'll be involved in various tasks to keep our chocolate haven running smoothly, including:
- Providing outstanding customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Assisting in daily operations, including sales, merchandising, and training.
- Collaborating with our team to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing sales floor.
- Engaging customers and answering inquiries about our scrumptious chocolates and desserts.
- Coordinating with chocolatiers to manage inventory and fulfill orders.
- Occasionally showcasing your creative side by helping develop media content for our website and social media platforms.
- Preparing our artisanal treats for sale and packaging them with care.
- Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
What will your schedule look like?
- Most Shifts will be from 10:30am to 7:00pm
- Weekends are Mandatory (Weekends off will rotate between employees)
- 25-30 hours weekly guaranteed.
- No time off for the following dates | September 01 to December 25th
February 1st -14th
the 4 weeks leading up to Mother's Day
- Time off will be approved based on seniority and performance.
Salary
- Starting: $18.07/hour
- After 2 months training period: $18.50/hour
- At ½ year anniversary with store: $18.75/hour
- Additional compensation: Tips; Although not guaranteed our employees have been known to r eceive $1-$5 more per hour with tips
