Sunshine Psychological Counseling is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide in-person therapeutic services to children and families at our San Juan Capistrano office. This per diem position offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy for children.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case consultations and staff meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Master’s or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP) in California.
- Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
- $20 - $50 per session, depending on experience.
- Per diem position, schedule starting after 2 pm
