Our mission is to ensure long-lasting mental health success for individuals impacted by psychological trauma. Through partnerships with social service agencies, police departments, victim advocates, and more, we provide culturally competent and evidence-based care to individuals and families.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking compassionate, skilled Licensed Psychologists to join our team. This position involves delivering trauma-informed clinical services and providing supervision to doctorate-level trainees. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in trauma treatment, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for helping clients achieve mental health success.
Who You'll Work With:
As a Licensed Psychologist, you will:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical supervisors, case managers, and other clinicians.
- Receive weekly consultations with your assigned clinical supervisor.
- Work alongside a case manager who supports administrative tasks to enhance client care.
Responsibilities:
In Your First 90 Days, You Will:
- Conduct intake assessments and individual, family, and group therapy sessions for assigned caseloads.
- Become proficient in Casa Counseling's platforms, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Learn to navigate and leverage resources to provide the best services for your clients.
Within Your First 6 Months, You Will:
- Build trust with clients and establish yourself as a valued member of the Casa Counseling team.
- Explore opportunities to contribute to Casa Counseling's growth, such as developing blog content, social media contributions, or other innovative services.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
- Diagnosing mental health conditions and creating treatment plans.
- Maintaining thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
Qualities:

What You Need to Have:
- Active licensure as a Psychologist in California.

Compensation:
- $44 - $50 per session (per diem) based on experience in treating trauma, diagnosing, treatment planning, and documentation.Annual salary increases.
