Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patients / residents by collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting any changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and the development of care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff to ensure quality and safety.
