What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cheese/ Charcuterie Head Chef position at Casa de Vino 57?
Casa de Vino 57 is seeking an individual to join our kitchen staff in a fast paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to change their back of house environment. No grill, no hot line, No pots or pans, no sweat. Cold station and toaster oven only. Must be able to execute food quickly and accurately.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Preparing: Garnishes, Cheese and Charcuterie (dried, cured meats).
- Making: Cheese and Charcuterie Boards, Sandwiches
- Maintaining a clean environment.
Must have prior kitchen experience and safe food handler certification.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Culinary experience: 2 years (Required)
- Cooking: 2 years (Preferred)
