What you'll do
- Complete online Human Subjects research training
- Conduct data collection through in person or telephone interviews in Spanish or English
- Enter benefit assignments into the electronic health record (Evolv)
- Ensure accuracy of data; resolve discrepancies prior to data entry
- Enter data into SAMHSA’s SPARS system for each grant within the required 7-day window
- Help clients get access to gift cards after completion of a follow-up survey
- Contact individuals to schedule data collection interviews
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Experience with data collection and data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable
- Able to work independently

Work hours: M-F 8-4 or 9-5

Physical & Mental Requirements
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
