Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Uphold high standards of food handling and safety practices.
• Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and food handling.
