What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant House Manager DSP CRMA Residential Care Facility position at Casa, Inc?
Full Time position as the Assistant House Manager of a three-bed group home in Windham.
In this position, you will work as the lead DSP on shift, perform some managerial functions, back up the house manager as well as work as a DSP/CRMA providing direct supports.
Applicants must have a High School Diploma/GED, per DHHS regulations, be 19 years of age and have a driving record with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
Position requires personal care and current DSP/CRMA certification.
Schedule includes every other weekend and required participation in an on-call schedule.
