Casa, Inc. offers an innovative work status for Full Time employees who have their own health insurance through a Group Health Plan, MaineCare or Tricare. Please note that due to federal law, we cannot offer this status for individuals who have Marketplace (ie. Obamacare) coverage or Medicare.
Through this program, you will receive a $4 per hour differential effective 60-90 days after your start date. That means, your rate will go from $22.75-23.75 to $26.75-27.75 in just two to three months!
A BHP role model for a 30-Hour position working 1:1 with a child with behavioral needs in a mainstream classroom regarding following classroom expectations and interacting with peers in an appropriate and safe manner. Position schedule follows the Portland School schedule. No holidays, etc. Additional hours can be worked in other departments.
Education Requirements: All applicants per DHHS must have a least 90 college credits or a bachelors degree.

Base pay of $22.75 per hour; will train. Additional compensation for applicants with full BHP certification (not school-based) and experience.
Position can be combined with additional hours to reach full time, which is 36 or more hours per week.
